A couple of years before Val Bolton opened her Deli- Fine, Holt boasted JT Vernons fresh food hall and coffee shop, with customers from far and wide. While Andrews food hall is still missed,  Val has brought fine foods back to Holt. Situated on the corner, Val follows in the footsteps of both Andrew Vernon and Paul Burrell, they both have been previous tenants. Hildegard’s cafe...
